Wormsy's Tale

Have you ever seen this thing before?



They call it 'sinturon ni Hudas' (Judas' belt).
Keeper calls him Wormsy . . .
I call him Pesky.
He sneaks in when I nap
or starts crawling in my path
and to where the houndsinheaven
will surely crush its crunchy bulk!
What poor ghastly thing!

I watch Wormsy weave his way
around heaven in silence.
He moves like one of those
electronic toy robots run by batteries.
He just goes his way
day in and out
back and forth
until one day
I saw him slowly moving
in distracted fashion.



Wormsy was carrying another on its back!
Together they quietly motored their way
back and forth all day
like searching for something
or even someone . . .


They met another on the way
but they did not even bother to chat!
They just weave their way around heaven
trying to stay away from our path.



Oh look, Sweepy!
Wormsy is carrying his ladylove.
I wonder where they're going?



I watched Keeper close her eyes
and prayed for the lover's fate
as they slowly left Heaven
and headed for RainbowAve's
dusty, cruel path . . .
